At Wandering Rose Wellness we will:
Identify the root causes of your health issues.
Offer personalized health solutions just for you.
Give continuous support and guidance on your journey.
Empower you to regain control over your health.

The first step is to schedule an appointment. During this session we will discuss your health concerns, history, and goals to determine next steps.
The next step is to get comprehensive lab testing done. This helps to identify the root causes of your health issues so we can start creating a plan tailored to you.
Once all your lab results are in, you'll have an in-depth 90-minute virtual visit where we will review your labs and you will receive Your Personalized Plan. Start your journey with tailored support and guidance with a personalized care plan with targeted nutrition, lifestyle shifts, further advanced testing if needed, supplements and prescriptions when appropriate.
Finally, receive ongoing customized care specific to your needs. Together we will determine the number of visits and structure to best support you on this journey. This includes coaching and check-ins to help you stay on track and move forward with your plan-step by step.
Your health is a worthy investment, but I also understand it can get expensive. Each person has their own personal journey so no two people will have the same costs. This is a cash pay practice. I do not accept insurance. Everything is charged separately or in an a la carte fashion. I do this in an effort to bring you the most value for your money without a lot of up charging. Visits, labs, supplements, any needed meds etc., are all invoiced directly to you.
The cost of your visit with me includes not only the time we spend together (initial visit 90 minutes, follow up visits 60 minutes), but also covers my time for preparing your care plans, reviewing and analyzing your labs, devising and ordering your supplement plan, admin time and time spent in communication and responding to messages, etc.
Pricing with Integrity
Unlike some programs that charge everyone a large flat fee whether you use all the supplements or services or not, a la carte charging keeps your costs as low as possible with you only paying for what you need along the way.
The initial comprehensive lab panel from LabCorp may vary per individual but usually $385 to $500.
Initial 90-minute virtual visit = $350
Total initial investment = $735 - $850
(prices listed are current, however are subject to change- cost may vary if it is deemed you require any additional lab markers in addition to those included)
Healing is a journey. You often did not arrive where you are at overnight. Healing and changing your lifestyle can take time. Again, it depends on your personal journey and how long you have been struggling and how dedicated you are to change.
Most clients start to feel better within several weeks to a month, with improvements continuing on. The average time it takes for most clients to achieve their health goals is anywhere from 4 to 9 months, sometime shorter, sometimes longer.
At your initial visit and lab review we will determine how many visits you may need based on the findings and plan of care.
Follow up visits are sold in packages. Commitment begets better outcomes.
The question "Is functional medicine expensive?" often elicits an immediate "yes" from many. At first glance, a functional medicine approach can indeed seem to carry a higher upfront cost compared to a quick doctor's visit covered by conventional insurance. However, this initial perception rarely tells the full story. When you look beyond the immediate expense and consider the holistic, root-cause-oriented nature of functional medicine, a paradoxical truth emerges: it may actually be a more economical and deeply rewarding investment in the long run.
The Long-Term Economic Advantage: Avoiding Future Healthcare Costs
This focus on actual healing and addressing the root cause is precisely why functional medicine can be more economical in the long run. Consider the trajectory of many chronic illnesses in the conventional model:
By investing in functional medicine now, you are actively working to prevent health decline. You're not just patching over symptoms; you're building a foundation of health that can prevent the need for future, far more expensive interventions. Imagine avoiding a lifetime of costly diabetes medications, preventing the necessity of an organ transplant, or averting the need for multiple joint replacements. The money saved on these future healthcare costs, not to mention the lost income due to illness and the emotional toll, truly adds up.
Functional medicine is often misunderstood as solely a remedy for chronic illnesses, but this belief is a myth. While it indeed shines in managing chronic conditions, its scope extends far beyond that. Functional medicine emphasizes a proactive approach, focusing on the whole person rather than merely addressing symptoms. This makes it ideal for preventive care, allowing individuals to optimize their health and well-being before issues arise.
By identifying imbalances early, functional medicine can help prevent diseases from developing or progressing. Additionally, it can be beneficial in acute situations, supporting the body’s natural healing processes. Ultimately, functional medicine serves anyone looking to enhance their health, not just those battling chronic illnesses.
A holistic approach delivering personalized, root cause care to help your body harness its healing power to restore optimal wellbeing and vitality.
